Community-Based Clinical Cannabis Evaluation and Research Network (CBCCERN) is an autonomous extension of Oregon's Center for Incubation & Findings Research (CIFR), a 501(c)(3) public charity research institute dedicated to the advancement of socioeconomics, education and healthcare. In this case, the CIFR: CBCCERN board committee provides medical cannabis research for rare or intractable disorders that are not currently well addressed by existing FDA-approved therapies.
